He/She should live in the same district for Atleast 5 years.
No Criminal Record.
Age limit – completed 25 years of age and to be with in 45 years of age.
Should have passed a mandatory basic training course on security conducted by SSF.
Should submit police verification.
Should submit ID proof and age proof.
Should submit health examination report.
Should have passed minimum SSLC with tamil and English writing skills.
15 Days compulsory basic training related to security, safety, first aid & fire fighting is imparted.
On job training for a week at the deployed site.
Traffic control and regulations practice.
Handling emergency situation.
Maintaining their life style with clean habits.
Vehicle, Visitor’s, Material, Book-in , Book-out entries.
Communication skills related to security.
Maintenance of Turn out.
Handing over / Taking over procedure.
Payment should be cleared on (or) before 4th of every month.
EPF, ESI challans will be submitted after one month.
The contract may be terminated by either party after giving one month notice.
In case of Mis-behaviour, absent without leave, drunken state, indiscipline by the security guard agency has to be informed and in any case the company should not deal them directly.
Our security guard should be provided with shelter, table, water and rest room facility etc.
Employing our agency security guards as own company staff is a legal offence and punishable by law. Recovery amount will be levied upon legally.
Security guard should not be employed in other office duties.
Abuses, man handling (or) degrading of security guard in any manner is strictly prohibited.
All the above terms and conditions are not exhaustive it is subject to change according to circumstances by our agency.
